“Less is More”

Telstra is the major telecom company in Australia and has one of its best-known brands. It has over 60,000 employees and 6 operating divisions. While being one of the most technologically advanced companies in the country, there was a large gap in translating this into a great customer experience. WalkerGroup was asked to work with their in-house teams and trusted outside consultants to enhance customer loyalty and develop more empathy for the company. To create “{My}” Telstra, we worked on simplifying all design environments, products, and advertising so that the company spoke with one clear voice. The result was both increased customer satisfaction and greater market share.
